WARRANTY POLICY

Richa USA offers a 2-year warranty on all products, including motorcycle jackets, pants, jeans, gloves, rain clothing, functional underwear, boots, and shoes. Products featuring the GORE-TEX membrane are also covered under the GORE-TEX "Guaranteed to Keep You Dry" warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• If purchased from a dealer: Please contact the dealer directly to initiate your warranty claim.
• If purchased through this website: Use the Warranty & Return Form below. Clearly indicate that you are submitting a warranty claim, attach proof of purchase, and upload photos showing the issue.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased second-hand
• Natural wear and tear
• Products involved in accidents, crashes, or subjected to improper treatment
• Items where washing or handling instructions, as indicated on the product labels, were not followed

If your product is under warranty and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new item.

RETURNS POLICY

Products purchased directly through Richa USA may be returned, provided they meet the following conditions:

How to Make a Return Request

• Complete the Warranty & Return Form below, indicating that you are submitting a return request.
• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your product if due to a shipping error. For all other returns, you must submit the request within 10 days of purchase.
• Products must be shipped back prepaid, packaged securely to prevent damage, and in brand-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions to Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Products are not in brand-new condition
• Items are damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping
• The return request is submitted after the specified timeframes

Note: A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
