The Richa Armada 1.1 Gore-Tex® jacket is our top-of-the-line item for the adventure rider who wants to be prepared for anything Mother Nature throws at them and does not want to take any chances. Some call this a “full battle suit.”

Even sport touring riders will appreciate all the features and functionality on offer whether they ride across town or around the world. Our Armada 1.1 Pro builds on our experience with the earlier model Armada to ensure it is everything you need, and more.

The polyamide chassis is built truck-tough to stand up to anything and is lined with genuine Gore-Tex® to make it waterproof and highly breathable. The lining is polyester and polyamide for comfort and throughout the exterior construction are panels of varying patterns. In wear spots, like forearms, elbows, pocket flap edges, vent edges, and shoulders are shark skin-like Superfabric patches that are designed to repel wear.

The 3/4 jacket length offers great body coverage and the YKK heavy-duty main zipper does double duty by allowing it to be unzipped from the bottom for best comfort seated on your moto.

Choose your own base layer with this jacket as none is included. Our buyers no longer want the old style, zip out base layers as was once common. We offer some great items for this.

Standard D3O® brand protectors. The back protector is Level 2 (EN1621-2:2014) Viper Pro and the shoulders and elbows are Level 2 (EN1621-1:2012) EVO Pro X. Two internal breast pockets designed to accommodate optional D3O® CP1 L1 (EN 1621-3:2018) divided chest protectors for enhanced torso protection.

Key Features

·      YKK zippers throughout

·      Adjustable hook and look strap arm gathers at both biceps and forearms

·      Slide buckle-type waist gathers

·      5-inch zippered hip gussets to allow more room and/or venting at the hips backed by
       hook and loop gathers should the wearer want to snug up the jacket at the hips.

·      Bi-directionally zippered sleeve-end gussets also have small hook and loop gathers
       at the wrist should riders want to seal the wrists even tighter.

·      Neoprene lined soft collar. Seals the neck tab with hook and loop allowing
       adjustment to any size

·      Collar loop end to attach to a hook along the neck to hold the tab open on hot days
       and avoid flapping in the wind.

·      Decorative and reflective silver elements on the forearms, shoulders, back and front
       to aid visibility.

·      Standard D3O® brand protectors. The back protector is Level 2 (EN1621-2:2014)
       Viper Pro and the shoulders and elbows are Level 2 (EN1621-1:2012) EVO Pro X.

·      One-inch-wide mesh draft flap with its own zipper so the rider can choose to seal up
       the front with the main zipper or use the draft flap zipper to allow this full-length vent
       to aid cooling.

·      Unique upper chest/breast vents are held closed by a vertical zipper, horizontal hook
       and loop, and a magnet on the lower/inner corners. When fully opened the lower
       corner has a stud that mates with a receiver so when folded up and opened it is easy
       to hook the stud in the receiver and, when things get chilly one hand can unhook the
       stud and the flap will close and stay closed with the magnet in the corner so riders
       needn’t stop to zip up. This allows secure sealing when desired yet it is easy to open
       and close during riding when conditions change.

·      Two unique mid-chest 4-inch vertical vents backed by a mesh liner on both sides of
       the main zipper

·      Sleeve-end gussets are mesh backed and unzip from both ends

·      Sleeve ends have elastic gaiters to keep out drafts and are non-removeable.

·      Full wraparound zippered and removeable poly neck gaiter that seals with hook and
       loop and affixes at its bottom with a strategically placed magnet within the jacket.

·      9-inch-wide horizontal zippered back vent located about 5-inches below the collar.

·      Two 7-inch-long vertical zippered back vents placed down from the height of the
       horizontal vent along the back ribs.

·      Two main hip pockets

·      Pocket flap closure edged with Superfabric and sealed with an inner zipper, a snap at
       each corner and hook and loop.

·      “Duck hunter” style low back pocket, 8-inches high by 12-inches wide, secured by
       hook and loop across and a snap in each upper corner.

·      Internal construction is of various layers of poly mesh to create the chassis, pockets
       and protector pockets.

·      Two internal breast pockets designed to accommodate optional D3O® CP1 L1 (EN
       1621-3:2018) divided chest protectors for enhanced torso protection. Can be
       repurposed.

·      Internal smartphone-type pocket and a smaller, lower pocket, both zippered.

·      Small internal hook and loop sealed pocket and another zippered lower pocket that
       matches the one on the lower left.

·      Internal 6-inch zippered Napoleon-style pocket between the main zipper and the
       hook and look flap that covers the main zipper.

·      Wide mesh support belt affixed through the mesh liner as well as an almost full
       circumference zipper with which to attach the matching trousers.
